By using EveryKidCal you agree to these terms. The service is run by [LEGAL NAME], [CITY], Kansas.

What it does. It reads schedules you provide and builds a calendar file. Reading is automatic and can be wrong: missed games, wrong times, wrong places. You must check every event against the original before relying on it. Schedules change; we don't monitor your league for changes.
Your content. Upload only schedules you're allowed to use. Don't upload anything illegal or anything containing other people's sensitive personal information.
Payments. Prices are shown before checkout and are one-time charges with no auto-renewal. "One schedule" () unlocks full-season downloads in your browser for 48 hours. "Family Season Pass" () unlocks unlimited uploads and full downloads in your browser for about 6 months. Purchases are tied to the browser you paid in; contact us if you switch devices.
Refunds. See the refund policy.
No affiliation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TeamSnap, GameChanger, any league, club or school. Names are used only to describe compatibility.
Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as missed events or travel costs.
Changes and ending. We may change or stop the service. If we stop it during your paid period, we'll refund the unused portion of a Season Pass on request.
